The last building of our Office Park, located on 3 hectares of land, has been handed over!

In addition to our existing services, the new building will offer a new look and a number of green features to serve the needs of our new Tenants.
On 5 levels + ground floor + 3 underground parking levels, 14.600 m2 of office space, 556 m2 of terrace area and 292 underground parking spaces have been created.

The heating and cooling is provided by a 4-tube fan-coil system, powered by a heat pump and central heating from renewable energy.
In addition, there is an electric car charger, ample parking and a large number of storage spaces for rent.

Our operations and construction office and our maintenance team with years of professional experience ensure the comfort of our tenants.
