Phase I was completed in 2010, while Phase II was completed in 2011. Phase III, a Park Inn by Radisson Budapest ✭✭✭✭ Hotel, was handed over in 2013. Our Category A office buildings have a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.
The leased properties are individually designed, constructed and handed over in accordance with the tenant's requirements, within a period of up to 3 months.
The units are cooled and heated by a 4-pipe ceiling fan coil system, and the temperature in each room can be controlled individually with its own thermostat.
The standard rental units feature openable, heat- and sound-insulated windows, adjustable floor boxes, hollow-structured raised floors, and cassette-type suspended ceilings, and are equipped with individual meters. Expansion options are also available depending on capacity.
