Phase I was completed in 2010, while Phase II was completed in 2011. The two Class A office buildings, both with a BREEAM "Very Good" rating, offer a total of 34,000 m² of unique office space tailored to tenant requirements and 720 underground parking spaces on three underground levels, the ground floor and nine upper floors.
Phase III, a Park Inn by Radisson Budapest ✭✭✭✭ Hotel, was handed over in 2013. In addition to the hotel facilities, the building provides 3,000 square meters of office space on the 4th and 5th floors, with an additional 80 underground parking spaces. In addition to hotel services, our tenants can also rent conference rooms of various sizes, with a capacity of up to 450 people.
