Building I. – Building II.

Phase I of our office park was completed in 2010, and Phase II in 2011. Both buildings have an ‘A’ rating and BREEAM “Very Good” certification.

The two buildings have a total of 3 underground parking garages + ground floor + 9 floors,
providing a total of 34,000 m² of office space and 720 underground parking spaces.
All our buildings operate with their own 24-hour concierge service, with two staircases leading to the rental units,
each of which is equipped with three 13-person OTIS elevators.

Our operations and construction offices are located in Building I, and our maintenance team has
many years of professional experience.

Due to the diverse tenant mix of the two office buildings, a wide range of services are available.
There are sports facilities at the Gym City Office gym, as well as medical services, restaurants, cafes, a beauty salon, and a hairdresser.

The Tesco Express store is located 50 meters away, where, in addition to shopping, you can also use the post office,
currency exchange, parcel machines, and various restaurant services.
