The newest building in our 3-hectare office park was handed over in April 2023.

In addition to our existing services, the new building serves the needs of our new tenants with a new image and numerous green solutions.

It has 5 floors + ground floor + 3 underground parking levels, with 14,600 m² of office space, 556 m² of terrace area, and 292 underground parking spaces.

Cooling and heating are provided by a 4-pipe fan coil system, which is powered by a heat pump and central heating using renewable energy.

In addition, electric car chargers, spacious parking and a large number of storage units are available for rent.

Our operations and construction office, as well as our maintenance team with many years of professional experience, ensure the comfort of our tenants.
