The newest building in our 3-hectare office park was handed over in April 2023.
In addition to our existing services, the new building serves the needs of our new tenants with a new image and numerous green solutions.

Cooling and heating are provided by a 4-pipe fan coil system, which is powered by a heat pump and central heating using renewable energy.

Tenant's fees
